- Prepare pancake mix according to package if your using box mix......
- Spray a large skillet with butter cooking spray.......
- On low heat pour into skillet a small amount of pancake mix, then tilt skillet around to make sure pancake is completely covering the bottom of skillet.......you can add a little bit more of pancake mix to the skillet if you need to........
- Turn pancake over when top looks almost done.........
- Spread your peanut butter over top of pancake........
- Place your sliced banana over peanut butter.......
- Carefully roll up your pancake while it is still in the skillet on low heat......
- Remove from skillet and place on a plate......
- Top with your favorite topping and enjoy π!!.
