Banana Fry!!!! Raw banana fry recipe or vazhakkai fry is a traditional Tamilnadu recipe made with raw banana. This is a easy preparation where raw banana is cut into thin rounds, tossed with salt and spice powders. They are cooked in low flame till golden and crispy. You can have Banana Fry!!!! using 11 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Banana Fry!!!!

  1. You need 3 of ripe bananas cut into same pieces.
  2. Prepare 1 of tomato.
  3. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  4. You need 1 tsp of corrainder powder.
  5. Prepare of as per taste Sat.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of chilli ginger garlic paste.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  8. You need pinch of hing.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of oil.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of corrainder leaves.
  11. It's 1 spoon of lemon juice.

This vazhakkai fry is tasty, addictive and will be a. The batter is light and airy when fried, giving the banana that perfect crunch. It uses only one type of flour which makes it even more convenient.

  1. Take a pan add oil once get heat add mustard seeds hing once it splutter add tomato paste which we grind..
  2. In a small mixer jar add tomatoes ginger garlic paste dry masala and grind it.
  3. Add little water once oil release add chopped banana,lemon juice and mix it.
  4. Sprinkle with corrainder leaves and serve it in a bowl.
