Banana flower fritters step by step

1. Boil the banana flower and potatoes adding salt.
2. Heat oil fry all the masalas and ginger.
3. Add the boiled potatoes and banana flower.
4. Add salt, sugar and garam masala powder.
5. Remove it from the pan and cool it for a while.
6. Now make a batter with gram flour and salt.
7. Take a portion of the fried mixture form heart shaped fitters.
8. Dip it in the batter and roll over biscuit dust.
9. Keep aside in a fridge to set.
10. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fitters.
11. Arrange on a serving dish along with tomato slices,slitted green chillies and mustard sauce.
