Ingredients of Smoothie Pancakes

  1. Prepare 1 cup of oats or oat flour.
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  3. You need 1 of small banana.
  4. You need 1 handful of spinach.
  5. Prepare 1 of date (optional).
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter (optional).
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar (vegan) or 1 egg.
  8. You need of Approximately 1/3 cup milk.
