When the rainy season has arrived, there will usually be many outbreaks of diseases that come and interfere. But the truth that makes us get sick is because of differences in the temperature of our body. Parts of the body that is easy to feel the pain or the effects of rain is usually a part of the head, the head is exposed to rain, it will feel to be colder than the temperature of the body.

Given that health is precious, here are some effective ways to keep the body in order to avoid the disease in the rainy season :
1. Increase drinking water
Although the rainy season, the body still requires fluids to remain strong perform various activities. 2. Eating foods containing vitamin D
